I had the pleasure of talking with Margie Albert, the President of Focus on Customer Success about their views on the use of Social Media in the broadcasting industry and in business in general. Margie’s brings over 30 years of broadcast experience mainly in television. Her company specializes in helping broadcasters understand the adoption and use of new media, including Social Media.
